All returns must be postmarked within 10 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

 

 

1. Eligibility for Return

 

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product
  • The product is unused and in its original packaging
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

 

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Items without original packaging or labels
  • Personal care items due to hygiene reasons

 

2. How to Request a Return

 

To initiate a return, please send an email to us with:

  • Order ID
  • Product details
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the product

Our team will review your request and guide you through the process.

 

3. Refund Process

 

  • Once your return is approved and received, please allow at least 15 days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
  • Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.

 

4. Exchange or Replacement

 

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, we will arrange a free replacement at the earliest, subject to stock availability.

 

5. Return Shipping

 

  • In case of damaged or incorrect products, Vegal will bear the return shipping cost.
  • For all other eligible returns, shipping costs may be borne by the customer.

 

6. Order Cancellations

 

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them or before they are dispatched. Please send us email with order detauils to cancel your order.

 

Please Note: Sale items (items being sold on discounted prices) are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
